TURNAROUND TIME + REQUIRED EVENT DATES
OUR PRODUCT IS HANDCRAFTED AND MADE-TO ORDER.
All orders require an event date. If there is "no event date", you must select next available date on our event calendar (typically 6-10 business days, depending on season).
Orders are shipped 1-2 weeks before event dates depending on destination to ensure a clear and fresh product.
If you request your order well before your event date, we hold zero liability for candy freshness.
If buyer fails to communicate an event or need-by date to us, we reserve the right to hold an order until buyer provides this information.
Failure to communicate this information with near event dates will require a $15-$20 rush fee. If customer fails or refuses to pay this fee, we will offer a store credit.
We use USPS Priority Mail, Fedex Ground and Fedex 2 day delivery for shipments.
We offer a rush fee option ($15-$50, depending on size of order) to reduce your production time down to 2 business days + 2-3 day shipping time.
Rush fees do not guarantee delivery by event date, it simply means that we will be working outside of normal business hours to produce your order quicker.
If you require quicker shipping than that of normal 2-3 day delivery, please communicate this to us when requesting a rush fee.
After you submit your order, please EMAIL us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a rush fee invoice.
Rush fees are charged via Square invoices and require payment processing within 12 hours of invoice delivery via email.
Rush fee schedule:
$15 for orders that range $10-$80
$25 for orders that range $81- $200
$50 for orders over $201
Funds are absorbed immediately once you submit an order.
Orders that have been started and/or completed cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
If you request to cancel, and your order has NOT been made or started, please review the following:
> If your order was purchased directly from our shop and involved no custom designing, we reserve the right to withhold 20% of the purchase price.
> If your order involved any custom designing, we reserve the right to withhold 50% of the purchase price.
Kindly note that your order has been added to our order queue the moment it enters our system, reserving a spot that could have belonged to another paying customer.
We are happy to work with customers in offering store credits on orders they wish to cancel and have not been started. There is no fee for this option.

Colorado Health Department and FDA do not allow exchanges on food products, therefore, we do not offer exchanges.
In the rare instance that we send your order incorrectly, we will incur charges for shipping you a new order.
DAMAGE + DELAYS + LOSS BY CARRIER
Sweet Caroline Confections holds zero liability for lost or damaged packages caused by any shipping carrier. We package each and every order with care (and plenty of bubble wrap and fragile stickers) and have no control over the way the package is handled once it leaves our hands.If your order has been lost or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a minimum of 10 photographs of outer/inner shipping box plus damaged content for us to submit an insurance claim with shipping company or 3rd party insurance.
Orders over $100 are insured for the entirety of its contents.

Sweet Caroline Confections is not liable for delays caused by any shipping carriers, international customs, or any international shipping companies.
These are absolutely out of our control and therefore not a reason to request a refund.
If your party less than 8 days away, we highly encourage inquiring about overnight shipping options (starting at $25.00 for a pack of 6 lollipops within the USA)
PAYMENTS + DEPOSITS
We require full payment for any and all orders before they are shipped out.
Payments are accepted through all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay and Paypal.
Non-refundable deposits are accepted only for orders over 100 lollipops or more. Remaining balance is due before order is scheduled to ship.
