1 | WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR LOLLIPOPS?

*OUR LOLLIPOPS ARE BEST CONSUMED WITHIN FOUR-SIX WEEKS.

LOLLIPOPS MAY LAST LONGER IN DRYER CLIMATES IF YOU FOLLOW STORAGE INFORMATION SHIPPED WITH EACH ORDER.

 

Our lollipops do not contain any preservatives; therefore, they are always shipped 1-2 weeks before event dates depending on delivery address.

If you request delivery of your lollipops well before the date of your event, we cannot guarantee freshness.


 

2 | WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer 2 sizes: Medium (most popular) and Heart.

All sizes can either be a Sparkle Lollipop or an Edible Image Lollipop.

Size charts are on each item in our shop.

3 | DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

SCC is the top selling lollipop brand on Faire with over 400 reviews and over 2.5K retail stores, candy shops and boutiques that are carrying SCC products throughout USA, Canada and Europe, we would love for you to be a part of our stockists! Wholesale pricing is offered *only* to retailers who intend to resell our lollipops, who can provide a valid resale certificate and show proof of an operational business. Our MOQ is $100 (approx. 35 lollipops) with a 1-2 week turnaround, which may vary depending on season.

4 | WHAT DISCOUNTS DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a 10% discount on all orders over 75 lollipops.

All orders under 75 lollipops do not qualify for any discounts unless it is currently available via our store.

5 | DO YOU WORK WITH CONTENT CREATORS / FREE SAMPLES?

We work with content creators on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire at sparkle@sweetcarolineconfections.com



 

6 | HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

We always suggest that you place your order as soon as you know what you wish to order. We sometimes book several months in advance, and since most of the orders that we receive have a delayed delivery date, there is a chance that we may get fully booked for the month that you are ordering for. Placing your order as soon as you can ensures that you will have a reserved place in our orders queue for that month.


 

7 | ARE THE IMAGES IN YOUR LOLLIPOPS EDIBLE? ARE THEY OUTSIDE OR INSIDE THE LOLLIPOP?

Yes! Our images are 100% edible, go inside our candy and are printed on the highest quality food grade paper and edible ink. 

If you have finished artwork, perfect! We accept JPEG or PNG files.

If you do not have finished artwork, we can work with you on that at no cost, but this is always done after orders are placed. We do not offer free mockups.

Our website + Etsy + social media show plenty of work we have designed in our 14 years of business.

We expect that customers trust our design department for artwork that is to be made after payment is submitted. 

If you insist on seeing a design before your lollipop order is placed, a $25 design fee is required and will be applied as a credit to your order once submitted.


 


 

8 | WILL FLAVOR AFFECT THE LOOK OF MY LOLLIPOPS?

No, all of our flavors are clear and will not affect the look of your candy.
