Sweet Caroline Confections operates out of a 3k sq ft commercial kitchen that is FDA & Colorado State registered and inspected with an A+ rating. 

This storefront/production facility is located at 3483 S Broadway, Englewood CO 80113.


OUR RECIPE IS NUT + GLUTEN + DAIRY FREE.

Although we do our best to avoid cross contamination in our kitchen with employee meals and snacks, our kitchen is not a certified-free kitchen. 

We have been serving nut + gluten + dairy allergic individuals for many years with no issues.

If you wish for us to use freshly clean molds for your order, please let us know.

If you are *highly* allergic to any of the top 8 allergens, please avoid our product. 


 Base Ingredients: 

BEET SUGAR, LIGHT CORN SYRUP, WATER, CREAM OF TARTAR.CANOLA OIL, SOY LECITHIN, DIMETHYL SILICONE, PROPELLANT. CITRIC ACID FOR FRUITY FLAVORS.

NATURAL & ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS (MAY CONTAIN GLYCERIN, TRIACETIN, TRIETHYL CITRATE, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, CITRIC ACID,ETHYL VANILLIN, DIHYDROCOUMARIN, CARAMEL COLOR). MAY CONTAIN: RED 40, RED 3, BLUE 1, BLUE 2, YELLOW 5, YELLOW 6. 

MICA BASED PEARLESCENT, IRON OXIDE, CARNAUBA WAX.

EDIBLE PAPER (ACETYLATED DISTARCH ADIPATE, MALTODEXTRIN, DISTARCH PHOSPHATE, DEXTROSE, MICROCRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE, ACACIA GUM, TITANIUM DIOXIDE, POLYOXYETHYLENE SORBITAN MONOSTEARATE, MONO & DIGLYCERIDES OF FATTY ACIDS, SORBITAN MONOSTEARATE, POTASSIUM SORBATE, XANTHAM GUM)

 VEGANS:

AS OF NOVEMBER 2023, OUR LINE IS 100% VEGAN. 

We have always been dairy free (and gluten free and nut free!). 

We cannot guarantee that lollipops previously purchased before November 2023 are vegan. 

The only non-vegan ingredient that was previously being used in our lollipops was confectioner's glaze.
